Refund & Return Policy

At La Fontana Verde, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because our herbs, teas, oils, and superfoods are consumable products, they cannot be returned to the shelf once they leave our store. For this reason, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. If There’s a Problem With Your Order

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is an issue.

  • If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with you to send the correct item or replace damaged goods at no extra cost to you.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Due to safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Unopened products may only be returned if the return is pre-approved and meets our quality-control guidelines.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for approved returns or when a replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Preventing Fraud & Abuse

We value honesty and trust. Returns or refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or outside of these guidelines will not be approved.
